News from Bodycology and Dr. Teal's

Editors got some pampering courtesy of Advanced Beauty Systems inc. as the company introduced new additions to the Bodycology and Dr. Teal's lines. Hosted by ABS's President Chris McClain, colleague Worth Anne Herrill, and the team at DNA publicity, the two day open house was held at NYC's Spa Butterfly on 44th street and included brief presentations followed by manicures, pedicures and massages using some of the company's products.

With ten robust fragrances at the core of it's bath and body line, Bodycology is poised to enjoy even more attention as it's new line of cream oil-based body washes hit Walgreens shelves in the coming weeks. Each of the six new scents of the Rich & Creamy Body wash offer unique benefits and combine silk extracts, Avocado oil, Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Soy, and Shea Butter to deliver deep moisture. "We wanted to use ingredients that people instantly related to," said Ms. Herrill. The oversized 18. oz. bottle of the Body wash was ergonomically designed to be easy to hold in the shower and also features an inverted flip top cap so that every bit of product is used. Bodycology Rich & Creamy Body retails for $4.99.

For another kind of bath and body lover, Dr. Teal's new Peppermint Foot Soak is the rescue remedy for tired and achy feet. The new product is based on the brand's epsom salt soaking solutions which just added several aromatherapeutic fragrance combinations to its lineup. In addition to magnesium sulfate to relieve muscle aches, Pepper Foot Soak includes menthol and baking soda. A 2lb bag retails for $3.99 and is available at mass retailers nationwide.
